Sustainable Energy Fund Announces John Boecker as the Keynote Dinner Speaker for Energypath 2019

John Boecker, a Founding Partner of 7Group LLC, will be the keynote speaker at Energypath 2019 on Thursday, July 25 at DeSales University.

Energypath 2019: Financing the Energy Future will be hosted at the Gerald White Conference Center at DeSales University in Center Valley, Pennsylvania on Thursday, July 25, 2019. Energypath is the region’s largest sustainable energy event attracting industry professionals, policymakers and academia throughout the region and across the United States.

In his keynote presentation, Mr. Boecker will focus on the benefits of a regenerative business model and how it can shape the future of American business practices. His company, 7Group LLC, heavily promotes a regenerative work and lifestyle as the next step towards true sustainability.

John Boecker serves as a founding partner in 7group, an internationally recognized multi-disciplinary consulting firm focused on integrative process and regenerative development. As an architect, his practice has focused exclusively on green buildings since 1996. Along with his 7group partners and Bill Reed, he co-authored The Integrative Design Guide to Green Building, a seminal book published by Wiley in 2009.

Mr. Boecker served as Project Architect for two of the first 15 LEED certified projects worldwide and as the primary LEED/integrative design Consultant on over 100 additional LEED certified projects in eight countries. His design work has been recognized by over 40 design awards, including 25 Design Excellence Awards from AIA, three Pennsylvania Governor’s Awards for Environmental Excellence and AIA’s nationwide Top Ten Green Projects in 2000, 2009, and 2016.
