C-PACE in Delaware County

C-PACE in Delaware County

Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) is a financing tool that enables building owners to obtain low-cost, long-term financing for energy efficiency, water conservation, and renewable energy projects. Whether it is modernizing aging building stock or creating jobs and local investment, this tool can help spur economic development and align with Delaware County’s 2035 Plan. Delaware county is already a regional leader in energy efficiency and renewable energy, so C-PACE is a perfect fit to foster further development.  Eligible properties include commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, and agricultural properties.

This webinar session will provide an outline of what projects qualify for C-PACE and how the loans work. The speakers will tackle the financial and technical aspects of C-PACE.  Learn how this financing allows building owners to make capital improvements that control energy costs to save money and increase their bottom line.

This presentation is free for all attendees.
