Position: Director of Technical Services
Reports To: President
Job Summary:
The Director of Technical Services will manage the ongoing operations of the organization, including program development, pipeline flow, strategic planning, information systems, administrative systems, and metrics and reporting structure. This position will ensure that the operations of the organization are consistent with mission of SEF.
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist with the development of mission and strategy.
- Assist with review and evaluation of program investment opportunities.
- Monitor technical developments and benchmark best practices in sustainability issues.
- Develop and implement the strategic planning process and plan.
- Benchmark best practices relating to competitive market opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related (technical) field and 5-10 years of experience in energy related industry
- Management experience, including supervising operating employees
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with outside organizations, including consultants and government agencies
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
