How is SEF funded?

The majority of SEF 's funds come from the customers in the PPL energy service territory. A very small portion of the money they pay for electric service goes to SEF to fund the development of clean, renewable, dependable energy sources.
In addition, SEF earns money from its investments and from the loans it makes to clients to develop new energy generation facilities or implement energy conservation measures.
